Juizes Rally project preview

Juizes Rally - British Club

An app to assist rally judges from the British Club of Porto Alegre. First used in April 2024.

Key features

Real-time synchronization across judges | Works offline | Simple & intuitive

Why it matters Synchronising the judges' stopwatches used to be its own event, held before the rally so that every watch started together; a second of drift was a second of error in the results. The app replaced that with one shared clock, and a companion web tool turned the organisers' evening of paperwork into a live standings view, a CSV export of every timestep, and a generated results deck. Three editions so far, with up to ten judges, two to five organisers and around thirty cars - a hundred or so people involved each time.

  1. Software Engineer II - Nelogica

    February 2026 - Present

    I work on the OMS administrative platform, used by managers at prop firms and brokers for client administration, real-time order monitoring and risk management. I built much of the interface and the risk monitoring screens, and have shared technical leadership of a six-engineer team since August 2026.

  2. Software Engineer I - Nelogica

    October 2025 - January 2026

    Joined the OMS platform as its current version was starting, building interface components and the first of the risk monitoring screens.

  3. Exchange Semester - University of Bonn (Germany)

    March 2025 - July 2025

    Studied informatics in an international environment and expanded both technical and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

  4. Junior Software Developer - Hewlett Packard (HP)

    September 2024 - March 2025

    Built and refined React flows for the Instant Ink subscription management site, where customers track usage and manage their plans - a global product with millions of customers, not sold in Brazil. Fixed production issues and improved accessibility with test-backed changes.

  5. Software Innovation Lab (LIS) - Internship

    September 2023 - August 2024

    Worked across API, CLI, and frontend layers at HP's research lab with PUCRS, including test strategy and Dockerized development workflows. Led a small team, which led directly to the role at HP.

  6. Full Stack Contractor - Intermidia

    April 2023 - August 2023

    Improved user interfaces and optimized API and database queries for better performance. Contracted independently while interning at Nutrório and studying full-time at PUCRS.

  7. Full Stack Developer - Nutrório (Startup)

    August 2022 - August 2023

    Joined on the frontend and took over the backend and database when the lead developer left four months later. Principal developer from early 2023, building with React, TypeScript, Node.js and MongoDB, and later shifting focus to server, documentation and tooling so each developer after me would have an easier start than the last. Trained the colleague who replaced me.

  8. BSc in Software Engineering - PUCRS

    January 2022 - June 2026

    Core degree focused on software engineering practices, team projects, and product-oriented development.

  9. Private English Teacher - Skyeng (now Osmi)

    November 2021 - June 2022

    Delivered one-on-one online lessons to international clients across time zones, adapting to students of various ages, ethnicities, and proficiency levels.
